Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island is offering a new meeting promotion for new bookings for programs from September 1, 2019 – February 29, 2020. The promotion provides a rebate back to the group of up to $6,500 per meeting, as well as many other perks.
Set along the coast of South Carolina’s Hilton Head Island, the beachfront resort provides views of the Atlantic Ocean, access to white-sand beach, an array of on-site amenities, 23,000 square feet of flexible function space for up to 1,100 guests, and outdoor venues.
With the promotion, the group will receive:
- $500 back to the group for 50-99 room nights actualized
- $1,500 for 100-199 room nights actualized
- $2,500 for 200-299 room nights actualized
- $3,500 for 300-399 room nights actualized
- $4,500 for 400-499 room nights actualized
- $5,500 for 500-599 room nights actualized
- $6,500 for 600 or more room nights actualized
Plus, any group with 50 room nights or more actualized with the promotion will receive:
- Complimentary beverage upon arrival
- 20 percent savings on Golf Green Fees (at Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes and Heritage Golf Group)
- 15 percent savings on in-house A/V
- 10 percent savings on banquet menus
- 10 percent savings on in-house spa services at the resort’s full-service Arum Spa
- 10 percent savings on DMC services
- 10 percent savings on Entertainment services
- 10 percent savings on over 20 local restaurants (by showing your resort room key)
- Coupon book good at Tanger Outlet Malls in Bluffton (with a savings up to $1,200) (show your room key at the Tanger Administration Office to receive the coupon book)
The promotion is not valid for previously booked groups or groups currently in negotiations, is based on availability, and is not valid with any other promotions. Additional terms and conditions may apply. The group incentive will be paid within 30 days of the group’s departure, based on actual room pick-up, and the program must be booked by February 1, 2020.
