ExecSpace, a UK venue-finding agencies, has announced that it will be adding a new service to its portfolio, specifically dedicated to supporting meeting and event planners transition into the world of virtual events. The decision to innovate its product offering is a direct response to client demand, as many planners across the UK are struggling to drive forward their meeting and event activity in light of the restrictions that COVID-19 are imposing on the industry sector.
Emma Little, founder and CEO of ExecSpace said in a statement, “The longer the UK remains under these social distancing measures, the more difficult it will be for our clients to hold off meetings, so now is the time to innovate and expand our service offering to accommodate virtual meetings and events.
“We want to do everything that we can to help our clients transition as seamlessly as possible into the world of virtual events.”
ExecSpace, admitting the fact that one solution or online event platform will not fulfill the spectrum of client and meeting objectives, says it will work across the whole industry to offer bespoke packages, tailormade to each event planner. Little adds that ExecSpace will offer a fully managed solution to event planners rather than build its own solution or partner with one company "in the hope that this will meet the needs of all our clients."
The new ExecSpace virtual meeting service will accommodate events, such as company AGM’s, with board members and shareholders dialing in from across the globe and virtual sales conferences with multiple content streams, key speakers and various panelists – answering delegate questions real-time. They will also be able to accommodate virtual training sessions with live streaming and real-time feedback from the class.
