ExecSpace Signs Four-Year Deal With Scottish Government

ExecSpace, a UK-based venue finding agency, has secured sole supplier status on the Scottish Government Framework for the Provision of the Sourcing and Booking of Meeting Rooms and Conference Venue Service

The Edinburgh-based agency has secured the contract for the next four years, and, under this agreement, ExecSpace will continue to provide a booking service to the Scottish public sector for meeting, event and conference requirements. The new Framework has significant growth potential, as the service is now available to the whole of the Scottish public sector, the company said. 

In a written statement ExecSpace Founder and CEO Emma Little noted that the company had first secured this business in 2015. The company expects to hire more people over the next few months to service the uplift in business. 

ExecSpace was founded in 2008. It now places approximately £8 million of conference and event business across the UK and internationally, primarily working with large corporations and government organizations. Their current clients include Standard Life Aberdeen, Grant Thornton, Aegon, Nucleus Financial, Aggreko, Mazars, Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise and the SQA. The company also offers a free venue finding service for their clients.
