Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino has completed a renovation to its signature meeting and event venues. The $1 million renovation includes updates to the resort’s Lakeside Ballroom and Water Gardens.
The updates include a complete renovation to the resort’s signature meeting and event venue, the Lakeside Ballroom, which provides panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. The updates include the addition of floor-to-ceiling windows and large sliding doors that open directly to the Lakeside Patio, creating an outdoor feeling for indoor events. The ballroom was also outfitted with new carpet featuring cool blue tones reflective of the color of the lake, and dark wood wall accents reflective of the resort’s Alpine mountain location. Additional updates include new paint and a redesigned ceiling with warm-toned chandeliers, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The resort also renovated its Water Gardens, a natural outdoor event venue filled with running streams and lush floral landscaping. The gardens were expanded to provide additional space for larger events, and updated with new wood decking and a pergola for unique meetings and breakout sessions.
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino has more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. In addition to the Lakeside Ballroom and Water Gardens, the property features the Regency Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 750 people and the Spa Terrace Conference Center, which features seven individual rooms perfect for breakout sessions or smaller events. The resort also provides several outdoor meeting options ranging from its Lakeside Cottage Green, an expansive lawn overlooking the lake, to its private 999 Beach, where groups can arrange beachfront receptions and dinners with the lake and mountains as their backdrop.
