Visit Greater Palm Springs (VGPS) has announced strategic team realignments aimed at better serving meeting planners considering Greater Palm Springs for their meetings and events. With a focused effort on enriching planner experiences, VGPS has strategically positioned team members in key markets to provide tailored service and support.
Matt Bark, with 13 years of experience in the desert region, moves to the Destination Experiences team. He will curate site experiences for meeting planners considering Greater Palm Springs, leveraging his sales acumen and industry relationships to showcase the destination's offerings. Bark formerly managed the Los Angeles County and Mountain States markets.
Suzanne Aed, marking her 15th anniversary with Visit Greater Palm Springs, now assumes responsibility for Orange and Los Angeles Counties, alongside the Mountain States region. Aed, who resides in Orange County, previously managed the Southeast market. She is also VGPS's liaison representative for HPN Global and was recently recognized as "CVB Partner of the Year."
Ashley Owens joins the Visit Greater Palm Springs team from Charlotte, NC, and will oversee the Southeast and Sports markets. She has a decade of experience supporting local communities, including roles at Visit Charlotte and Visit Greenville.
