Visit Cincy Expands Team to Support Growth Initiatives

In anticipation of the transformation of the downtown convention district, and to support its role in driving economic growth through tourism, Visit Cincy has expanded its team with four key positions: Patrick Polley as vice president of finance; Bianca DeStout as senior sales manager; Max Long as group sales manager; and Krista Wiseman-Moore as executive assistant/special projects coordinator.

Polley joins Visit Cincy with a background in financial leadership, most recently serving as chief financial officer for the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, where he directed financial strategy for a $15 million organization. Prior to that, he held key financial roles at the University of Cincinnati, overseeing diverse departments and managing significant budgets. His experience includes strategic financial planning, treasury management, and enhancing financial operations—making him a valuable addition to Visit Cincy’s leadership team.

DeStout joins Visit Cincy as senior sales manager, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including national sales manager at Caesars Entertainment Meetings, and events and senior sales manager at the Washington Hilton. With a strong track record in national sales, particularly in the association and multicultural markets, DeStout is well-positioned to promote Cincinnati’s convention assets to large groups and citywide clients in the mid-Atlantic region. DeStout is an active member of the PCMA Capital Chapter. Her extensive industry knowledge and connections make her a vital asset in re-establishing Visit Cincy’s sales presence in Washington, D.C.

Long joins Visit Cincy as group sales manager, bringing experience from his role as sales manager at the Duke Energy Convention Center, where he partnered with organizations to showcase Cincinnati’s accessibility, unique event spaces and strong corporate connections. Previously, he served as event manager at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, where he improved operational efficiency and successfully managed high-profile events. Long’s strategic sales and event management expertise will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities within the Sharonville Convention District.

Wiseman-Moore joins Visit Cincy as executive assistant/special projects coordinator, bringing over 16 years of experience from Northern Kentucky University. Most recently, she served as director of special events, where she was responsible for planning and producing key events for the university. Her background also includes roles at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, where she managed customer relations and public relations. She will provide critical support to the leadership team, including Julie Calvert, president and CEO of Visit Cincy.
