Royal Caribbean International has appointed Clem Galindo, as senior manager, international corporate incentive and charter sales. Based in Royal Caribbean’s Miami office, Galindo, a cruise industry veteran and expert in international meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), joins a seasoned charter team to oversee the international MICE segment of the business.
Galindo is responsible to help drive the growth of this area and support the increased demand from international companies booking incentive travel, corporate groups and charter cruises.

Galindo reports to Craig Jarrett, director, global corporate incentive and charter sales, and will work alongside Debi Madansky and Keri Kane, senior charter sales managers for the North America market. Galindo has nearly 30 years of experience in the cruise industry, 25 years of which have been with Royal Caribbean Group. Throughout his tenure with the group, Galindo has focused on international corporate business for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, working with partners and clients directly.
