Bringing over two decades of expertise in her craft, Gentile is known for her meticulous attention to detail and creating unique, tailor-made group experiences. Whether a smaller executive team or a full corporate hotel takeover, Gentile will work with groups to seamlessly integrate impactful meetings in the property’s indoor and outdoor event spaces, stays in the spacious private casitas or on-site residences, and pull from a roster of experiences that includes physical and sensory wellness, team building, destination sight-seeing, and more.
Previously, Gentile served as the director of national accounts at Rancho Bernardo Inn, where she managed high-profile client programs and gained recognition for her attention to detail and strong client relationships. Gentile’s experience extends to leadership roles across top-tier properties, where she has developed a reputation for strategic thinking and dedication to guest satisfaction. Outside of work, Gentile’s love for travel, music and food fuels her creative inspiration.
