Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead has welcomed Justin Lamprecht as its new social events manager.
In his new role, Lamprecht will oversee the planning and execution of a range of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings, galas and private parties. His responsibilities encompass coordinating logistics, managing budgets, leading event staff and "ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience" from start to finish. Lamprecht’s expertise will be particularly valuable as the hotel prepares for a multi-phased renovation project slated for 2024.
Lamprecht’s journey with the Hyatt brand began as an event captain in 2013 at Grand Hyatt Atlanta. From there, he progressed to new roles at Hyatt Regency Seattle, The Seabird Resort and Mission Pacific Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, and The Reikart House. Reflecting on his return to Grand Hyatt Atlanta, Lamprecht shared, “Coming back after a decade-long journey is both an incredible opportunity and a humbling experience. I am eager to contribute to shaping a new era of excellence at Grand Hyatt Atlanta, bringing fresh ideas and the same passion I had when I first started.”
Located in Atlanta’s lively Buckhead neighborhood, the 25-story Grand Hyatt Atlanta has a Japanese Zen Garden with a 30-foot waterfall. Offering 439 guestrooms and suites, along with 42,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, the hotel caters to diverse needs. Two dining establishments, Cassis Restaurant and Onyx at Grand, add to its appeal. Moreover, three ballrooms ranging from 3,000 to 9,700 square feet, along with over 23 breakout and meeting rooms, ensure flexibility for events of all sizes. Outdoor terraces with views of the waterfall enhance the ambiance, making them ideal for weddings, receptions and gatherings.
