Global DMC Partners (GDP) has announced a new partnership with DMI Hotels, an authorized global sales office for a collection of independent hotels and resorts. Together, the will join forces to better serve their clients of meeting and event professionals seeking on-the-ground support and expertise from local DMCs, hotels and event service providers.
This newly formed partnership will help further elevate the offerings of each company while expanding their services and reach. Leveraging its exclusive partnerships, GDP provides a one-stop, global solution for total event success in more than 500 destinations worldwide. An experienced, on-the-ground international sales team centralizes meeting professionals’ event needs, from local DMC services to health and safety protocols, staffing, event technology, gifting, speakers and production.
For almost 25 years, DMI has provided hotel sales representation and marketing services to supplement on-property sales and marketing efforts. The company’s services include direct sales calls, tradeshow participation, solicitation efforts, incentive travel research and lead generation. DMI also organizes a referral program that allows partners to exchange leads and referrals with one another in a non-competitive environment.
