Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced the appointment of several roles in its North America business to further support the needs of its clients and to continue to deliver on its promise of service excellence and technology.
“With these appointments, I’m delighted to further our value to our customers in service and innovation/technology, two of CTM’s foundational value pillars,” said Kevin O’Malley, chief executive officer, North America for CTM.
“CTM’s 2022 global customer survey told us that our accounts worldwide are prioritizing customer service in the coming year, and as a result, we’re further investing in new solutions and expertise to continue to support those evolving needs,” O’Malley continued. “Our priority is to innovate in the service arena and to deliver new channels and solutions that enable customers to book, manage their itinerary, and travel with maximum ease, confidence, safety, and productivity. We’re delighted to welcome these respected industry experts to the CTM team.”
