Corporate travel management company Brickell Travel Management (BTM) has announced that Israel-based travel management company Talma Travel Solutions has acquired a majority stake in the company.
With a local presence in the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, BTM serves clients in more than 20 countries with a focus on the United States and Latin America, offering comprehensive travel solutions for corporate and leisure travelers. Through the partnership with Talma, BTM now has a gateway into new markets within Europe and the Middle East through Talma’s network in more than 100 countries. BTM anticipates total sales to double within the next three years through this partnership.

The BTM team gains access to Talma’s latest technologies and innovative solutions, including Wenrix, a next-gen airfare optimization tool; and Arbitrip, a hotel platform that provides organizers and travelers with tailored recommendations, automatic rebookings in case of price drops, and intuitive reporting. The talented team can also now access expanded GDS (global distribution system) content from multiple providers as well as increased distribution content such as NDC (new distribution capabilities).
BTM will continue to be led by its co-founders Maikel Rodriguez and Michael Rodriguez, along with Marc da Rocha, director of sales and account management, and Ennio Gonzalez, director of supplier relations. All employees and client relationships will remain under the existing structure, and operations will be continued at existing office locations.
