Guests can now make reservations for The Mayfair Supper Club, Bellagio Resort & Casino’s newest restaurant concept debuting New Year’s Eve.

Inspired by top supper clubs in London and around the world, The Mayfair will redefine the traditional “dinner and a show” for today’s traveler with a restaurant that evolves throughout the evening. Guests will indulge in contemporary American cuisine while enjoying live entertainment performances nightly, set to one of the world’s most iconic backdrops – the Bellagio Fountains.

Exclusively for New Year’s Eve, The Mayfair will serve two special pre-fixe menus for guests ringing in 2020. Diners are encouraged to stay after their seating to enjoy the show and party that will continue throughout the evening and into the early morning.

Reservations can be secured for New Year’s Eve by calling Bellagio’s concierge at 866.906.7171. Following New Year’s Eve, guests can explore the a la carte menu and make reservations online.

New Year’s Eve menu pricing is as follows:

$155 – New Year’s Eve First Seating (reservations starting at 5 p.m.)
- Appetizer: Guest’s choice of one of the following
  - Waldorf Salad
  - Caviar Pasta
  - Oysters Rockefeller
  - Steak Tartare
- Entrée: Guest’s choice of one of the following
  - Salmon & Sorrel
  - Chicken a la King
  - Filet Rossini
  - Winter Vegetable Pot Pie
- The Mayfair’s Dessert Collection

$395 – New Year’s Eve Gala (reservations starting at 8:30 p.m.)
- First Course: Chilled Shellfish Tower with caviar upgrade
- Second Course: Waldorf Salad
- Third Course: Caviar Pasta with white truffle shavings
- Fourth Course: Dover Sole Veronique
- Fifth Course: Tournedos with ability to enhance to a cut of Kobe beef
