Velas Resorts in Mexico has launched three new signature closing party options to enhance meetings, corporate events and incentive travel. Available at Grand Velas resorts in Riviera Maya, Riviera Nayarit and Los Cabos, these signature closing parties offer a memorable finale to any corporate event, meeting or incentive trip.
Each Velas Signature event package offers specially designed décor, four hours of music, themed entertainment and a team of audio technicians. The advanced audio and lighting systems, including mixers, speakers, handheld microphones and lighting are managed by the resort’s onsite production team.
Groups can choose from the following themes:
- The Shaman: An Enchanted Mayan Jungle Experience – Attendees can step into a Mayan jungle "where ancient spirits come alive" with this themed signature event. Groups will be surrounded by nature with a grand arch adorned with natural elements and tiki torches lighting the way. The setting, suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues, includes a fairy lights ceiling and customized DJ booth. A fire show ignites the night to close out the entire experience.
- The Wizard: A Spellbinding Speakeasy Carnival – Groups will be welcomed through a golden tunnel. Inside, dazzling displays and string lights create a captivating atmosphere, centered around a stage. This theme can be adapted for both indoor and outdoor settings, and includes performances by sphere jugglers, poi dancers and stilt walkers.
- The Illusionist: A Mesmerizing Futuristic Light Show – With this theme guests will experience "a journey into the future" with a light show. The décor will include illuminated portals and a truss tunnel. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues, the highlight of this theme is a light show that includes pixel poi dancers, disco balls hostesses and stilt walkers.
Grand Velas Los Cabos can host up to 1,700 event guests, Riviera Maya can host up to 2,700 and Riviera Nayarit up to 900.
