The VAI Resort Conference Center will offer over 150,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with 34 customizable room configurations designed to accommodate events of any size, from intimate gatherings to large conferences.
Attendees will enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the venue, and with the capacity to host multiple events simultaneously, the space is ideal for companies and groups looking for flexibility and convenience. Furthermore, an event planning team will be on-site, ensuring that every detail is tailored to meet the specific needs of each event.
The conference center will also offer access to the resort’s amenities, including 1,100 guestrooms, the 11,000-plus capacity amphitheater and culinary outlets. The in-house culinary team will oversee event dining with curated menus that utilize locally sourced ingredients, global techniques and a focus on sustainability. Highlights include interactive chef-hosted action stations, house-made pasta, dry-aged meats and fish, besides house-roasted coffee and slow-brewed cold brew.
Parking is convenient, with an underground valet service for hotel guests and additional parking in an adjacent garage for exhibitors and attendees. The entire venue is designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring that all guests can enjoy the space comfortably.
While VAI Resort is set for a phased opening starting in 2025, the conference center is not open for bookings until the second half of 2026.
