Hilton has announced that Signia by Hilton’s first hotel in California—and second in the brand portfolio—the 805-key Signia by Hilton San Jose will debut this spring. The hotel is accepting reservations for April 25, 2022 and beyond.
Located by the Santa Cruz Mountains, Signia by Hilton San Jose provides an ideal setting for leisure, business and group travelers. The hotel’s debut follows last year’s launch of Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and will be joined by Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center, expected to open in early 2024.
The hotel offers 65,000 square feet of meeting space, including the area’s largest ballroom. It also offers easy access to the Plaza de César Chávez park, San Jose McEnery Convention Center and other city attractions.
The property recently received a facelift, including upgrades to the main entrance foyer and the guest registration areas, besides a makeover of the lobby and bar. Additionally, the fitness center received an upgrade; it now has Technogym equipment and an outdoor rooftop pool. Visitors can also enjoy a range of culinary experiences, including Fountain restaurant which serves breakfast; Grill on the Alley, serving an American menu with chophouse favorites for lunch and dinner; and the hotel’s signature lobby bar and lounge for hand-crafted cocktails and light bites. The hotel also has plans to launch a grab-and-go dining option.
The guest bathrooms in the hotel’s North Tower are undergoing a complete transformation and will sport marble vanities and showers with residential-style fixtures, besides a separate makeup vanity. A full renovation of all guestrooms in both towers is expected to be completed by early 2023.
