Hilton has signed a management agreement for the 800-key Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, currently under construction and expected to open in late 2026. The hotel will provide direct access to the Indiana Convention Center via a skywalk as part of the city’s $710 million convention center expansion.
The 40-story hotel will offer approximately 90,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 50,000-square-foot ballroom. Each meeting space will have Signia by Hilton’s signature meeting experience, anchored by customized service for meeting planners and their guests. Those attending Signia events will find smartly designed spaces outfitted with modern technologies to optimize work and collaboration, plus creative programming for groups of all sizes.
The hotel will offer seven dining concepts, including a speakeasy bar, top-level sky bar, as well as a signature chef-driven restaurant.
Inspired by private membership clubs, the hotel will also house Club Signia. With elevated room types and access to the Club Lounge, those experiencing Club Signia also indulge in special access to hotel events, programs and opportunities to further customize their Signia experience, with the help of a dedicated Club Signia ambassador.
Other facilities include a spa and fitness facility and an outdoor pool deck overlooking the city. Once open, the hotel will participate in the Hilton Honors loyalty program.
One of Hilton’s newest brands, Signia by Hilton launched in 2019, and Signia by Hilton Indianapolis joins the brand portfolio which includes Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Signia by Hilton San Jose and Signia by Hilton Atlanta, which is expected to open in January 2024. Hilton’s multi-brand portfolio in Indianapolis includes nearly 50 hotels, and a development pipeline of more than 10 hotels in various stages of design and construction. Signia by Hilton Indianapolis will strengthen Hilton’s presence in the market and complement the company’s existing portfolio including Conrad Indianapolis and Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown, both of which are within walking distance of the Indiana Convention Center.
