San Ramon Marriott in California's Bay Area has announced the completion of a $17 million renovation. The hotel, owned by an affiliate of Lone Star Funds and operated by HEI Hotels & Resorts, received a top-to-bottom refurbishment to upgrade guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house services.
The renovation touched on all aspects of the hotel. All guestrooms received new soft and case goods, while new furniture was installed in public areas. The meeting space was upgraded completely, including new carpeting, wallpaper and air walls. The lobby and front desk reception area were enhanced with new paint, wallcoverings, front desk background and new furniture. A chandelier was installed in the dining area, which was also updated with new lighting, wallcoverings, furniture and bar redesign. In addition to a new M Club, Marriott’s private lounge space for Bonvoy members, the lobby has been fully renovated to fully take advantage of the lush California landscape.
Located at 2600 Bishop Drive, the San Ramon Marriott is located near multiple business headquarters and within walking distance of Bishop Ranch City Center and Roundhouse Conference Center.
