Saddlebrook Resort Unveils Renovated Meeting Spaces

Saddlebrook Resort, the golf and tennis vacation destination in Tampa, FL, recently completed renovations to its event and meeting spaces, transforming more than 70,000 square feet of flexible indoor venues. These updated spaces now offer facilities designed to accommodate a range of events from corporate meetings to social gatherings. The renovation includes new chandeliers, sleek lighting and plush carpeting added to the ballrooms and meeting rooms. The upgraded spaces now offer, as well, an enhanced sound system, high-speed internet and advanced reader boards with wayfinding. Facilities include four ballrooms as well as 14 hard-walled meeting and boardrooms.

The resort’s four large ballrooms include the 12,500-square-foot Royal Palm Ballroom, which can be divided into nine sections to accommodate smaller groups, events and breakout spaces; 8,000-square-foot Pegasus Ballroom, which can be divided into 10 sections to accommodate smaller groups, events and breakouts; 3,000-square-foot Pegasus South; and the 6,000-square-foot Lagoon Ballroom.

For planners seeking an indoor-outdoor experience, Saddlebrook Resort offers extensive outdoor venues that accommodate over 5,000 people across the resort’s Sports Village; this includes facilities such as a football field spanning 180 feet, a pool deck, pickleball courts, an 18-hole golf course, restaurant terraces, the Fountain Courtyard and lush spaces throughout the property.
