Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center has completed a $12 million renovation of the hotel’s public spaces and dining outlets in the hotel’s South Tower. The project included a lobby revamp and the addition of four food and beverage concepts: Vues Lobby Bar, Top Draft, Centennial Grounds and New South Kitchen.
Located within CNN’s world headquarters, the hotel acts as a hub for business, news and social interaction. The revamped lobby has communal tables and soft design elements. The reception desks have metal and stone accents, and the lounge areas offer a comfortable space to catch up on work or enjoy with friends.
Vues Lobby Bar offers views of Centennial Olympic Park. It offers a communal space for guests, complete with a list of bourbons, wines, local beers and craft cocktails. Guests can also enjoy globally inspired tapas including Vietnamese meatballs, chicken croquettes and pimento cheese sliders from its chef-inspired menu. The new sports bar, Top Draft, is within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. It offers an expansive menu of bar food favorites. It has an open-air terrace with communal countertops and lounge seating and offers views of Centennial Olympic Park. Top Draft has 20 TVs atop its bar, complete with 25 beers on tap and a range of cocktails.
Centennial Grounds, the all-day coffee bar, offers pastries, sandwiches, smoothies, ice cream and locally sourced snacks curated to offer guests a taste of Atlanta. It also offers workspaces, lounge seating and ample connectivity.
New South Kitchen offers diners a modern twist on classic Southern dishes. Designed to feel like an eclectic living room, it offers breakfast and lunch. From the build-your-own shrimp and grits bar to fresh biscuits from executive chef Greg Wright’s family recipe, New South Kitchen embodies the flavors of Atlanta and offers comfort food.
