Located on the mezzanine floor overlooking the Sycamore Vino Cucina Bar through glazed windows, The Balcony is an intimate space with a curated library of books on London, art and ecology. The space is available for exclusive hire, accommodating up to 70 people for drinks, up to 50 for afternoon tea and 24 for semi-private dining. It is ideal for product launches, book signings, networking events and team meetings.
QT, Middle Eight’s late-night, modern take on a classic speakeasy bar has its own street-side private entrance. Equipped with a stage, a high-end sound system, green room and a private kitchen, it’s a perfect space for fashion shows, live music, post-premier parties, product launches and receptions. It also has a 164-inch retractable screen for cinema nights and screenings. QT can accommodate up to 100 people with exclusive hire and up to 24 people for screenings.
By day the Sycamore Vino Cucina Bar is a light-filled, contemporary place for relaxed get-togethers over coffee. By night it transforms with live DJs, a wine list showcasing various regions in Italy, Italian draft beers, and signature takes on classic Negroni cocktails. The space is perfect for cocktail parties for up to 200 people with exclusive hire, or 100 for semi-private hire. The Sycamore Vino Cucina Restaurant serves Italian fare. Perfect for formal business dinners, informal celebratory lunches and everything in-between, the restaurant can accommodate all group sizes, with semi-private booths for up to 12 people, semi-private dining for up to 70 people and exclusive hire for up to 112 people for dining.

Corporate Room Nights
Middle Eight’s 180 guestrooms are available across five categories. Each room has bespoke furniture to maximize the space and such amenities as bathrobes, coffee machines, 42-inch flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel’s 12 suites have large beds, marble bathrooms, freestanding baths, bespoke toiletries and extra spacious seating areas to unwind or entertain, in addition to gardens and terraces.
Agents and businesses can avail of 15 percent commission on group bookings for 2023, if confirmed before April 30. Commission is based on the net room rate and valid for new bookings only. For bedroom-only requests.
Those booking 25 room nights will receive a voucher for afternoon tea for two with champagne. Those booking 75 room nights will receive a voucher for dinner at Sycamore Vino Cucina followed by a performance at QT. Those booking 110 room nights will receive a voucher for an overnight stay including breakfast.
The offer is based on booked and stayed room nights before December 31, 2023 and valid for new bookings only. Room nights are accumulative and will continue to count towards the next milestone when more rooms are booked.
