Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes in Arizona has announced the completion of a multimillion-dollar renovation of its guestrooms and suites, fitness center, outdoor meeting space and the lobby bar’s outdoor dining area.
The resort now offers 353 newly renovated guestrooms and suites, including a presidential suite, chairman suite and seven studio rooms. The redesigned guestrooms now have convenient wall outlets, lamp outlets and nightstands outfitted with USB and USB-C ports; high-speed Wi-Fi and a large desk with a workspace, chair and plug-in panels; 55-inch flat-panel TVs with the Marriott Entertainment Package, including premium cable and movie channels; in-room coffee bar; and mirrors, including a back-lit vanity mirror and full-length mirrors. Bathrooms include new floor tile, built-in showers with glass doors and white quartz countertops and backlit mirrors, modern barn sliding doors with frosted glass and hardware, and more.
On the dining side, On The Rocks is the newly expanded lobby bar patio serving craft cocktails and a food menu with views of Twin Peaks Mountains and downtown Tempe. Additionally, the newly expanded Kachina Patio can now accommodate up to 250 guests; it offers views of mountains and is well-suited for luncheons, cocktail receptions or dinner events.
The fitness center was redesigned by Matrix Fitness and fully updated with cardiovascular equipment that guests can connect to cellphones, where they can watch or stream content.
