Situated on a private beach in Jamaica’s Montego Bay, Round Hill Hotel and Villas has announced a full-property buyout for groups. The resort is offering exclusive buyouts of the 110-acre property, ideal for weddings, C-suite meetings, incentive programs, and more.
The resort has a combination of 67 guestrooms, suites and villas, which range from two to six bedrooms each. Buyouts can accommodate between 150 and 240 guests. (A minimum stay of four nights is required for all buyouts.) Ideal arrival and departure patterns include Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday; however, other options can be considered based upon availability.
Round Hill offers comprehensive meal plans that must be chosen uniformly by all group members. Plans include:
- Modified American Plan (MAP) – Breakfast and dinner at $165 per person daily
- Full American Plan (FAP) – Breakfast, lunch and dinner at $225 per person daily
- Round Hill Inclusive Plan – Breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages at $350 per person daily
Note: All rates are subject to a 10 percent general consumption tax and an 18 percent service charge. Rates do not include alcohol consumption. In addition, airport ground transfers can be arranged for a preferred group rate of $50 per person for one to four passengers. Each additional attendee is $15.
Groups can enhance their stay with a range of complimentary amenities and services, including:

The Spa at Round Hill houses eight treatment rooms, including a couple’s treatment room. A 20 percent discount is extended on pre-booked treatments for groups. Additionally, the 18-hole Tryall Golf Club is just a 10-minute drive away.
As part of the buyout guarantee, no external bookings will be allowed during the stay, allowing complete privacy, discretion and personalized service. While Round Hill welcomes group bookings and private events year-round, blackout dates apply, including major holidays such as Christmas, Presidents’ Day and Easter.
