Omni Hotels & Resorts has launched Select Planner, a new loyalty program for event planners that's part of the Select Guest loyalty program.
Select Planner allows event planners to earn free nights and an accelerated path to Select Guest Status depending on the contracted revenue for their qualifying event. Additionally, event planners earn for booking events and for personal stays, all in one Select Guest member account. Members also accrue rewards for dining at any on-property restaurant, playing golf, availing of spa treatments or by charging additional purchases to their stay.
Here are some of the benefits of Select Planner:
- Rewards are added to your account as soon as the contract is signed
- Rewards for event bookings and leisure stays are all in one account
- It is possible to move up in Select Guest Status after just one meeting to enjoy special perks
- $2,500 to $49,999 in contracted revenue will achieve Insider status
- $50,000 to $249,999 in contracted revenue will achieve Champion status
- $250,000-plus in contracted revenue will achieve the highest level, Icon status
- Multiple meetings can be added together for higher status (For instance, Champion Meeting + Champion Meeting = Icon)
Good to know: Omni has heightened its focus on convention-centric hotels. This year, notable meeting venues such as Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate recently unveiled Eagles Edge for groups. Other properties include Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park, which is currently under renovation and Omni Fort Lauderdale, which is set to open in 2026.
