Hyatt Regency Maui Announces "Meet with Malama" Offer

Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa has announced a "Meet with Malama" offer for group bookings along with an all-inclusive package option to make visits seamless. 

The promotion can be used for corporate events, incentive trips, and other large gatherings. Partial proceeds will be donated to The Maui Strong Fund, which provides financial resources for the immediate and long-term recovery of the people and places affected by the devastating Maui wildfires. "Meet with Malama" offers savings and various perks, including room attrition, complimentary guestrooms, resort credits, spa treatments, cabanas, and more.

The "Meet With Malama" offering tiers include:

  • Book 30 to 80 rooms per night, choose three 
  • Book 81 to 200 rooms per night, choose four 
  • Book 251 to 350 rooms per night, choose five
  • Book 351-plus rooms per night, choose six

The perks to choose from include:

  • Special Hawaiian welcome during first general session or welcome reception 
  • Discounted resort fee from $45 $20 
  • Complimentary Aloha sign during one group event and group arrival day
  • Complimentary chair massages during one day of their choice over the program dates 
  • Resort credit of $20 per room
  • 1/40 complimentary guestrooms
  • 1/50 complimentary amenities
  • 1/50 roundtrip airport transfers 
  • Complimentary cabana for peak nights
  • Complimentary one hour reception prior to contracted banquet dinner to include beer, wine, one signature cocktail and five hot or cold pieces per person
  • Room Attrition (choose one) 
    • 30 percent — 60 days out 
    • 20 percent — 30 days out 
  • Three complimentary 50-minute spa treatments

The hotel will donate $5 per room night to Hawaii Community Foundation's Maui Strong Fund to support wildfire recovery efforts. The program is available for contracts signed by December 31, 2024, for travel taking place by December 31, 2025.

All-Inclusive Package

In addition, the hotel is offering an All-Inclusive package. With this, event credits are offered should group want to hold any private functions, including: 

  • One private lu‘au dinner on HaIona Kai or Napili Gardens. (Does not include entertainment.) 
  • If group chooses to have a private catering event, the group would receive the following credits off 2024 Banquet Menus (standard bar not included): 
    • $25 breakfast credit
    • $35 lunch credit
    • $75 dinner credit
    • $25 reception credit; used towards standard bar and appetizers 

Food and Beverage offerings including:

  • Daily buffet breakfast in Swan Court 
  • Lunch in ‘Ūmalu and poolside services 
  • Dinner at the following restaurants: Japengo, Son’z Steakhouse and ‘Ūmalu (sample three-course menus to be provided) 
  • Drums of the Pacific Lu‘au with advanced reservations (open to public) 
  • Alcoholic beverages to include selection of beer, wine by the glass, select premium beverages and cocktails (sample menu to be provided) 
  • Service charges, 18 percent gratuity and sales tax
  • All-inclusive starts on day of arrival at 11 a.m. HST and ends at 11 a.m. HST on day of departure.

Starting Prices Per Day:

  • 0-4 years — No charge
  • 5-12 years — $10 per child 
  • 13-20 years — $250-$300 per person 
  • 21+ years — $275-$350 per person 

This deal is applicable to groups with a minimum of 100 rooms per night and a three-night length of stay. Food and beverage items that are not included: bottles of wine, in-room dining, accents and Honolulu Coffee. These items will be available to individuals at the entire cost plus 18 percent gratuity and sales tax.
