As part of the project, the resort has updated several meeting spaces by enhancing the lighting and installing new artwork, incorporating Bluetooth-enabled monitors in multiple meeting rooms and upgrading the furniture for greater comfort and functionality. The resort has invested more than $1 million in these improvements, combined with the earlier renovations of its larger meeting spaces, including the Compass and Del Lago ballrooms. The resort, in all, offers 335 suites, including 32 lakefront cottages, on 186 lakefront acres on Lake Conroe. The resort also offers an array of recreational activities: an 18-hole golf course, a three-and-a-half-acre water park with a lazy river and outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as opportunities for boating and fishing.
