With many offices returning to office and resuming in-person meetings, Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware, has announced the introduction of three custom group experiences. The packages have been curated to encourage a more interactive work environment and offer an ideal opportunity to bond with colleagues.
The new meetings packages include the “Get Moving Package,” which offers a group morning workout with an Olympic athlete, hot breakfast, a morning break, hot/cold lunch, an afternoon guided walk at Longwood Gardens and the room rental. The “Historical Package” includes hot breakfast, a morning break, hot/cold lunch, the option of visiting the Hagley Museum, Delaware Art Museum or Winterthur Museum and Gardens, and the room rental. The “Mixology Package” includes hot breakfast, a morning break, hot/cold lunch, an in-house beer tasting or mixology class from Robert Kidd, the beverage manager at Le Cavalier at the Green Room, and the room rental.
All three packages also include day parking, stand AV set projector and screen. Packages are based off a stay from Monday through Thursday and can also be tailored for leisure groups based on interest.
These packages will act as a starting point for groups to choose from, with the option to customize the programs to meet each group’s needs. A hotel staff member will work directly with each group to cater to their specific requests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
