Hilton Barbados Resort has introduced its newest option for groups—a special day at the races with its private box at the historic Garrison Savannah.
Hilton Barbados Resort is located on a tropical peninsula on Needham’s Point, surrounded by two white-sand beaches and turquoise waters. Needham’s Point peninsula is home to the historical Charles Fort. Constructed in 1650 to defend the capital city and main harbor from invading forces, Charles Fort is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The beachfront resort’s new private box at Garrison Savannah is an ideal spot for groups of up to 20 people looking to enjoy thrilling horse-racing action. There are three main horse-racing seasons that span the entire year: January to April, May to September and November to December, with roughly 185 games in total. Perks include hassle-free transportation, food and beverages, and a range of other options available across different packages.
Hilton Barbados Resort itself offers 355 guestrooms and over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The 6,200-square-foot Needham’s Ballroom can accommodate 500 guests and is ideal for large events and gatherings. The resort also offers other event options outdoors, such as the historic Charles Fort and on the beach.
