Grand Geneva Resort & Spa Unveils Meeting and Event Space Reno

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, has completed a full renovation of its meeting and event spaces, including five large ballrooms; four boardrooms; the ballroom foyer; and public restrooms. Equipped with all new modern technology and contemporary designs, the venues are now open and available for meetings and events.

From the Evergreen Ballroom with lake views, suited for up to 360 guests, to the Grand Ballroom, accommodating up to 576 guests, every space has been transformed with new layouts and decor. Additionally, the Bay Boardrooms, hosting up to 12 guests, have been upgraded with the latest technology, large-screen televisions and a fresh design. The contemporary ballroom designs and meeting spaces complement the resort’s 358 rooms and suites, which were updated in 2023.

In all, Grand Geneva offers over 62,000 square feet of meeting and event space with flexible floor plans and a team of event professionals. The resort also has a Forum Convention Center, with over 13,000 square feet of space and seating for up to 1,800 people.

Over the past three years, both Grand Geneva and its on-site sister resort, the family-friendly Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, have unveiled several renovations and redesigns including updates to Grand Geneva’s Lobby Lounge, a complete renovation of the resort’s Grand Café, and the launch of its 60-seat outdoor dining venue, The Landing.

Earlier this year, Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark announced the completion of upgrades to its Moose Mountain Falls waterpark with the addition of new water activities and interactive attractions. The enhancements include a multi-level play structure, four new slides, an expanded swimming area, and more. This year, Timber Ridge also introduced Moose & Maple, a new dining establishment. Formerly Smokey’s BBQ House, the newly renovated and redesigned family-friendly dining concept offers breakfast and dinner, and is open for guests of both Timber Ridge and Grand Geneva.

Renovations and updates are expected to continue, as both resorts plan more upgrades to their shared facilities, including plans for golf and spa.
