The Elser Hotel & Residences, a luxury 49-story tower in downtown Miami, has introduced new meeting and event spaces. With its centralized location near the Miami Brightline Station, Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace and its blend of wellness and recreational amenities, The Elser says it's well-suited for corporate retreats, conferences, celebrations and other leisure and business gatherings.
The Elser offers six interconnected meeting and event spaces, from the expansive Biscayne Room with a full wall of windows overlooking Biscayne Bay to the intimate Gables Room, each equipped with high-speed internet and advanced audiovisual technology. Additionally, the 3,000-square-foot Lawn Deck provides an outdoor setting for events with bayfront views next to Miami’s Freedom Tower. The Elser’s 9,570 square feet of versatile meeting space includes: Biscayne Room (2,540 square feet), Flagler Room (1,030 square feet), Keys Room (1,145 square feet), Brickell Room (1,360 square feet), Grove Room (275 square feet), Gables Room (220 square feet), Lawn Deck (3,000 square feet) and Freedom Terrace (1,800 square feet).
The Elser’s Ocean View Two-Bedroom Suites can be used as unconventional meeting spaces with views of the city and Biscayne Bay, a full kitchen, two bathrooms and living space that can be converted to accommodate a meeting or event for up to 14 people.
In partnership with First Church Miami, which is located adjacent to The Elser, an additional 7,931 square feet of theater, banquet and reception spaces are also available in addition to its recreation spaces, which include half-court basketball, pickleball and indoor rock climbing. These include Sanctuary (3,476 square feet), Terrace (1,095 square feet), Multipurpose Room (1,615 square feet), Mind Meeting Room 1 (400 square feet), Mind Meeting Room 2 (504 square feet), Mind Meeting Room 3 (460 square feet) and Conference Room (381 square feet).
The Elser houses 646 residential-style accommodations, including studios and one-bedrooms, two- and three-bedroom suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows, walkout balconies, bathrooms for every bedroom, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers in every unit. Guests enjoy access to a range of amenities including a 19,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck and event lawn overlooking downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay; a 132-foot resort-style pool with a 16-foot poolside LED screen, private lounge areas and a full bar; a hot tub offering skyline views; and a two-level gym complex.
