The “Meeting Planning Made Easy” package covers everything guests need to execute a great meeting on-site in the heart of D.C. Guests can enjoy all-day food and beverage service, including their choice of breakfast, lunch, a morning snack, an afternoon snack and beverages. The package also includes meeting services and concessions, with complimentary storage of materials (up to five standard boxes), up to 300 black and white complimentary copies of meeting materials, waived event rental fees, and Marriott Bonvoy points for one designated meeting planner.
Audiovisual equipment is also provided, including an LCD projector with a screen, two flipchart packages (easel, assorted markers, Post-It notes), up to two wireless microphones, private bandwidth allocation for group, power strips with extension cords and a conference phone. Additional add-ons are also available to purchase with the “Meeting Planning Made Easy” package, including video conferencing equipment, additional microphones and afternoon refreshments.
