Venue in Midtown Manhattan Rebrands to Convene

The former etc.venues 360 Madison Avenue in New York City has undergone renovations and recently reopened as Convene 360 Madison Avenue. The conversion was a result of Convene announcing the segmentation of its portfolio of brands in early 2024.

In addition to updating the fourth and fifth floors, Convene also expanded the venue, adding a sixth floor. The newly completed Convene 360 Madison Avenue now spans 68,000 square feet across the three floors and comprises 17 meeting spaces. The venue is well-suited for company town halls, meetings or any event that requires multiple breakout spaces.

The location has a dedicated welcome desk and reception area on each floor. Renovations of the fourth and fifth floors include new finishes, furnishings and artwork, as well as the addition of the standard Convene Nourish stations. Technology additions across all three levels include new and brighter projectors in meeting rooms, new speaker and microphone systems in the galleries offering voice-of-God capabilities, and AVoIP Video distribution capabilities.

The fourth and fifth floors remain connected by a central staircase, allowing for the accommodation of an event across two levels or a single floor buyout. A full buyout of all three floors has a capacity of approximately 950 guests, while single-floor buyouts have a capacity of 331, 318 and 213, respectively. The sixth floor addition came in direct response to increased demand for meeting and event space in Midtown Manhattan. The expansion adds seven new meeting spaces including a Hub that can be divided into three distinct rooms, three Studios and a Boardroom.
