New York City offers a range of event venues in diverse settings. Planners and attendees alike can experience the beauty of Manhattan from above with two high-rise private event spaces offering panoramic views of the city’s skyline: Above The Heights at Radio Hotel in Washington Heights and ASPIRE at One World Observatory in the Financial District. These flexible venues provide an ideal backdrop for every type of gathering, including product launches, conferences, weddings/proposals, film shoots and more.
Above the Heights is a newly built private event space spanning more than 13,000 square feet. It is part of a larger mixed-use development comprising the 221-key Radio Hotel, Santo Domingo-inspired restaurant Jalao NYC, a 170-spot underground parking garage, and Class A office and retail spaces. Above the Heights is on the 12th floor and offers two outdoor terraces with views of Manhattan, the George Washington Bridge and the Harlem River. The space can host a variety of occasions for up to 500 guests. The main space has an outdoor terrace and an adjacent indoor-outdoor space—fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space—that can host up to 150 guests.
At the opposite end of Manhattan, ASPIRE at One World Observatory is a contemporary event space located atop the 102nd floor of Manhattan’s One World Trade Center. Spanning 9,000 square feet, this venue offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, stretching across a 40-mile radius, and complemented by 21-foot-tall ceilings. Designed for versatility, ASPIRE accommodates up to 450 guests, making it an ideal setting for many occasions. Elevating the setting is the support of One World Observatory’s bar services, catering options and events team.
