Sixt USA has announced the opening of five new off-airport locations in the United States and Canada including branches in Houston, Fort Worth, Toronto, Boston and Jersey City. The opening of these metro locations follows a series of new airport openings earlier this year including Pittsburgh International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, Washington National Airport, Jacksonville International Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
The U.S. is one of the most important growth markets for Sixt, as reflected by its continued network expansion. To increase brand awareness in support of its expansion, the company recently relaunched its “Rent-THE-Car” integrated marketing campaign and announced multi-year individual sports sponsorships with the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls. Both the "Rent-THE-Car" campaign and partnerships with the Lakers and Bulls lean into the premium experience and superior fleet Sixt offers customers when compared to typical Rent-A-Car services.
