Convene has announced the opening of its newest U.K. venue, Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s, located in Paternoster Square in London. The venue spans 45,000 square feet across two floors in the newly redeveloped Class-A building.
Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s comprises seven meeting spaces, each of which can be custom-configured to accommodate various event types. Attendees can also use ample gallery space for networking and food breaks, including an unlimited snack and beverage bar and café seating to enjoy meals prepared by an in-house executive chef.
The new venue can accommodate up to 1,200 guests and is well-suited for major conferences with main-stage sessions and breakouts, trade shows, exhibitions or large corporate receptions. The centerpiece of the venue is the 900-person grand hall. It is the largest space yet within the Convene global portfolio and is considered the largest single above-ground meeting room in London.
Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s was designed in partnership with architecture and design firm Woods Bagot. This is the second time Convene and Woods Bagot have partnered to create a meeting and event venue, following the collaboration in spring 2022 for Convene 22 Bishopsgate, also in London.
Convene is touted as the largest single provider of meeting and event venues in the U.S. and U.K. with a network of more than 35 meeting, event, and flexible workspace locations across its portfolio of brands, which includes etc.venues.
