Convene, a global hospitality company that designs and manages meeting, event, and flexible office spaces, has announced the opening of its newest venue and first-ever San Francisco location, Convene 100 Stockton.
Convene 100 Stockton is located in the Union Square neighborhood of San Francisco and is part of the redevelopment of the iconic 100 Stockton Street building, formerly a Macy’s department store. Convene’s corporate meeting abd event spaces provide everything needed for a turnkey experience, including spaces to maximize collaboration and productivity, full-service event production resources, in-house catering, and a dedicated A/V team for in-room and hybrid tech support.
The venue has a lobby on the ground floor with exclusive elevators to its event spaces on the fourth and fifth floors. Convene 100 Stockton spans 53,000 square feet and has seven meeting rooms that can be custom-configured to accommodate various events, including town halls, classroom-style learning, corporate social events and more. The largest room can accommodate just under 670 individuals and a full-buyout of the space affords a total capacity of approximately 1,900 guests.
Each Convene location incorporates unique components that pay homage to the neighborhood in which it is based; the 100 Stockton location celebrates “Karl, the Fog,” San Francisco’s illustrious weather phenomenon, with an ethereal statement light fixture as well as reflective art and decor.
Convene is the largest single provider of dedicated meeting and event venues in North America and the U.K., with a network of nearly 40 meeting, event and flexible workspace locations across its portfolio of brands.
