Convene has announced that Convene 237 Park in Midtown Manhattan recently underwent renovations to upgrade tech offerings at the venue.
Convene 237 Park spans more than 30,000 square feet and comprises seven flexible meeting rooms. The largest of these spaces can accommodate 272 guests, and is well-suited for company town halls, executive retreats, corporate off-sites, single-room conferences and networking receptions. Recent renovations to Convene 237 Park include:
- The addition of a 29.5-foot LED wall in the Forum, which can show video demonstrations, immersive presentations, interactive content, live event streaming or displaying real-time data or social media feeds
- Five new 65-inch Portrait displays in the Welcome area
- New 4K displays in event spaces/meeting rooms
- A new network-based video system for maximum flexibility
- A new speaker and microphone system in the Forum offering Voice-of-God capabilities
- Video conferencing improvements, including new cameras and pendant microphones, to all meeting rooms
- New lighting control system to manage lighting settings across the venue
- Updated seating in the Forum for maximum comfort
Accessible via a private street-level entrance, Convene 237 Park provides a white box space allowing for extensive client and event branding opportunities, in-house catering with customization options and dining private to each event, in-room AV technology supported by an on-site team, and dedicated hospitality resources. The location is in close proximity to multiple subway lines and Grand Central Station.
