Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach Unveils $65M Renovation

Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach is completing a $65 million renovation, which is deemed the most comprehensive project that the destination’s hotels and resorts have seen in more than five years. The multi-property beachfront resort destination, which was recently acquired by EOS Hospitality, is welcoming guests to fully updated rooms, suites and meeting/event space at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort and Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort.

The oceanfront Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort has finished a complete refresh of rooms, suites, event space, dining outlets and pool experience. Catering to both business and leisure guests, the hotel has all new furniture, flooring, paint and decor. Rooms offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, the hotel’s outdoor dining and pool space has been revamped with a lively island-centric vibe at the Wet Whistle Pool Bar and alfresco dining at Beachcombers, where guests play games like oversized chess, connect four and shuffleboard.

The hotel offers 56,579 square feet of meeting space, which spans across 24 rooms. The renovated space serves as an ideal backdrop for all kinds of events, from company retreats to corporate conferences. Suitable for groups up to 1,000 guests, the hotel welcomes meeting planners with an array of functional space options both indoors and outdoors, including a top-floor ballroom that overlooks the ocean.

Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach has also completed updates to its suites, event and activity spaces. Coastal modern design decorates each of the refreshed suites, all of which feature two rooms with a living space and pull-out couch.

Offering 61,165 square feet of event space and 30 meeting rooms, the property plays host to a variety of corporate occasions, featuring a pillar-less Kensington Ballroom, which can accommodate 2,000 people, and climate-controlled pavilions well-suited for outdoor receptions.
