A new Rosewood hotel has opened in Bangkok, bringing an additional 4,520 square feet of luxury meeting space to the city.
The 159-room Rosewood Bangkok has 4,520 square feet of meeting and event space, including The Pavilion, a signature high-end, residential-style venue with a show kitchen that can seat up to 200 people. For a meeting with skyline views, there is also the Ploenchit Boardroom on the 28th floor, which spans approximately 1,076 square feet.
The hotel’s accommodations include 34 suites and studios, as well as three signature “houses” with their own private pools and terraces. Food and beverage venues run the gamut from the indoor-outdoor Lakorn European Brasserie to the regional restaurant Nan Bei, speakeasy-style bar Lennon’s and upscale organic cafe G&O.
For relaxation, there is a Sense, A Rosewood Spa occupying the entire sixth floor and offering a treatment menu inspired by Thai beauty rituals. Three single and two double treatment rooms are available. Also on property is an indoor-outdoor saltwater lap pool with an interior waterfall, vertical garden wall and a whirlpool overlooking the cityscape.
The hotel is close to the Central Embassy, an upscale shopping mall, as well as several Thai fashion designer boutiques. The hotel also provides direct access to the Ploenchit BTS Skytrain station, which links to Bangkok’s major attractions, dining and nightlife districts. The hotel is also close to the major expressway to Bangkok’s two international airports.
