The Los Angeles Convention Center & Levy Restaurants collaborated with Musically Fed to donate and distribute 4,000 pounds of food to the Alliance College-Ready Public Schools for students & their families grades 6-12.
Musically Fed, after being notified of another 4000-pound surplus due to event cancellations, harnessed relationships formed during its GRAMMY Awards initiative. These organizations provided bags of free groceries for hundreds of students and their families.
COVID-19 school closures and ravaged grocery shelves left many Alliance families dependent on the school for daily sustenance with a limited food supply.
