Hilton Short Hills has announced the appointment of Vivian Cohen as director of catering and events, where she will oversee the planning and execution of weddings and social events.
Cohen most recently served as associate director of catering and events of The Wagner at the Battery Hotel, New York. A 20-year hospitality professional, she began her career with Sheraton Parsippany as a senior catering sales manager before transitioning into a director role. From there, Cohen held executive positions at W Hoboken, W New York – Times Square, The Knickerbocker Hotel and Hilton Short Hills in 2017 before joining The Wagner at the Battery Hotel.
Hilton Short Hills has 314 contemporary guest rooms and suites and 19 meeting spaces with over 15,000 versatile square feet of event space, including the property's Grand Ballroom. The Balcony, an all-new open-air rooftop sets the tone for outdoor weddings with strung garden lights and fire pits surrounded by serene woodlands.
