AC Hotel Pasadena to Open April 1

AC Hotel Pasadena, the newest addition to the AC Hotels by Marriott brand, is set to open in the city’s Playhouse Village on April 1. The hotel will have 194 rooms, including four suites and a penthouse suite, with facilities for business and leisure travelers alike.

The AC Lounge, a signature of the brand, will serve as a social hub where guests can enjoy craft cocktails and tapas, while the AC Kitchen will offer a European-inspired breakfast experience. AC Café, in partnership with Jones Coffee, will serve handcrafted specialty coffee. To-go options will also be available as requested. Additionally, the AC Library—complete with curated books and modern décorwill provide a space for relaxation, work and socializing. Open to the public along with the AC Lounge, AC Kitchen and AC Café, these spaces will welcome both locals and visitors alike. Guests looking to maintain their wellness routines can enjoy a well-equipped fitness center.

The hotel will also houses two bars. The main-level bar will extend to a street-level patio with lush landscaping, diverse seating options and fire features. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant and terrace, slated to open in Q2, will offer views of the San Gabriel Mountains.

AC Hotel Pasadena has more than 9,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including a ballroom and executive boardroom. As the official hotel partner of Pasadena Playhouse, the property will also welcome theatergoers year-round.

Honoring Pasadena’s artistic and cultural heritage, AC Hotel Pasadena will sport artwork throughout the hotel from California-based artists. Situated at the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Madison Avenue, the hotel offers a prime location along the Rose Parade route and provides easy access to the city’s key attractions, including the Pasadena Convention Center, The Huntington Library, Rose Bowl Stadium and Dodger Stadium.
