Whether planning a corporate retreat or event, conference, large-scale celebration or intimate social gathering, these offers provide planners with added value and unique opportunities and incentives for their customers.
Thompson Hotels' venues are designed to be flexible, allowing for seamless transitions from all-day meetings to social gatherings.
Thompson Hotels Event Offers include:
- Site Inspection: Planners can facilitate a qualifying site inspection for a new piece of business of at least 10 rooms by June 30, 2024, providing 10,000 World of Hyatt points for both the planner and the customer.
- Referral Offer: Planners can refer a new colleague within their organization with a lead for new business of at least 10 rooms, by June 30, 2024, and receive 10,000 World of Hyatt points for their referral.
- Qualifying Meeting: Planners can contract a qualifying meeting by June 30, 2024, of at least 10 rooms and receive: free meeting space Wi-Fi, one complimentary room for every 35 rooms consumed, a signature Thompson amenity, up to a 5 percent rebate on rooms revenue to be credited to the master bill, 5 percent credit based on rooms revenue actualized to be used on their next qualifying meeting of at least 10 rooms hosted at a Thompson Hotel if contracted within 90 days of original group’s departure.

- Group leads: Eligible entrants send two new qualifying leads to a Dream Hotel for any future 2024 stay date by June 30, 2024, and be entered into a raffle for 20,000 World of Hyatt Bonus Points and a two-night stay plus breakfast for two at a Dream Hotel of choice based on availability. - Site Inspection: Planners can facilitate a site inspection and book a qualifying group of at least 10 rooms on peak at a Dream Hotel for any future 2024 stay date by June 30, 2024, and receive: 20,000 World of Hyatt points and a one-night stay with dinner on-site.
- Group Booking: Planners can book a qualifying group of at least 10 rooms on peak at a Dream Hotel for a stay through December 31, 2024, by June 30, 2024, and they may be eligible to receive: enhanced commission (12 percent commission or 3 percent rebate), double World of Hyatt Points or Signing Bonus, “A Perfect 10” — one upgrade on every 10 rooms booked, complimentary welcome beverage, and a waived destination fee.
